At the end of Shadow Dancer, after defeating the final boss, Union Lizard, and rescuing all the hostages, Joe Musashi and his loyal dog return to their base. The game’s ending features a cinematic sequence showing the city being restored to its former glory, with people walking in the streets and buildings being repaired.
Finally, the scene cuts to Joe, who is seen sitting alone on a rooftop, with his dog at his side, looking out over the city. The game ends with the words “The End” appearing on the screen.
